At AllerMates, we thank you for giving us the opportunity to help safeguard your children. We want you be 100% satisfied with your purchase; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. 

Please read our Return policies below:
  1. Please notify us of the return within ten (10) days of your receipt of the product  at help@allermates.com.
  2. If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise)  we will accept responsibility any shipping costs related to the return. Please contact help@allermates.com to arrange for a return label.
  3. If the return is not due to an error of ours (e.g., you ordered it and then decided later  on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
  4. Package returned to us marked "Refused," "Undeliverable," or otherwise, are may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens.) If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input  address, AllerMates is not responsible.  Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed however we can not guarantee cancellations or changes to an order once they have been placed.  Please contact us by email at help@allermates.com or call 1-845-507-0702 to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled.
