This was my second order & I orders (3) more charms, one of which was out of stock & came in. Very unhappy because a charm was missing when I opened the box. I paid for (3). Asthma, Pollen & Diabetes. Pollen charm was not enclosed in my box. Very disappointed. I hope this will be rectified as I will not pay for another Pollen charm that was already bought & paid in full.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We’ve had this charm for 15 days and already it’s come unglued and fallen off. I’m so disappointed as my son wears this to school every day to make sure everyone knows about his food allergies and autism. I guess I’ll have to start looking for a new type of allergy bracelet. So disappointed. 😔
